Class Description:
A beginner to intermediate class will include getting up and down off the mat. We blend traditional yoga poses while using our body weight to promote gentle strengthening. We’ll maintain a balanced mind, body and spirit while moving through a series of poses to promote circulation, energy and cultivate serene strength. Use a mat and blocks if you use them to help us reach maximum benefits.

Registration necessary, class size limited 25
Supplies Needed: Students will need to bring:
Students bring a mat. Also optional, bottle of water, shawl/blanket or throw. yoga blocks
Materials Fee: (payable to teacher) $10.00 payable to teacher in class if student needs a mat
Homework: None.
A 4.00 electronic administrative fee will be added for all online registration transactions.
An Admission ticket must be purchased to attend all classes
