Marketplace Hours –

Friday, August 23, 2024 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Registration opens at 8:30 AM for ADVANCED and  Day Passes

Saturday, August 24, 2024 – 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM – Registration opens at 8:30 AM

Sunday, August 25, 2024- 9:00 AM to 4:00 PM – Registration opens at 8:30 AM for ADVANCED registration and Day Passes

Again in 2024:   SKIP THE LINES!!! All attendees who have pre registered for Classes and Admission will be mailed their registration packet before the Festival.  Reminder:  Admission tickets must be purchased to attend classes. If your registration is not complete, your information will not be mailed and we ask that you stop by registration to pick up it up.

Marketplace is located on the first floor in the Green Tree and Oakmont rooms and Outside.  Please use front Entrance and REGISTRATION is to the left.  REGISTRATION OPENS 1/2 HOUR BEFORE MARKETPLACE HOURS FOR DAY PASSES.

All classrooms are located on the 1st floor.

Cost of Daily Admission ticket onsite at the Festival is $15.  Cash Only

Community Room will feature local not for profit organizations

Evening Events:   Friday Night:  Walk the Runway, Fashion Show   Saturday Night:  Fiber games    Time TBD

Please note: Children of all ages are welcome at the Festival, but we ask that young children and babies are not brought into classrooms. Thank you!


Food Concession

Food concessions will be open during the Festival. Food concession hours will coincide with Marketplace hours and remain open throughout Marketplace hours all 3 days.  A variety of soups, sandwiches, sides, wraps, and grab and go items will be available for purchase with assorted beverages.  There will also be buffets and sit down dining options available.

Parking is free and available in front and behind the hotel

The Salvation Army Greater Pittsburgh Women’s Auxiliary Fabric Fair

Drop offs of Fabrics, Notions, Yarns and Crafts are accepted all 3 days during Market Hours at the registration area.

S.A.C.K. (Supporting A Community with Kindness)

In the Maker Space there will be cotton yarn to knit or crochet soap sacks that will be donated to a local food pantry.  All you need to do is bring US size 7 or 8 knitting needles or size I or H crochet hook, grab the pattern and some yarn and create away.  Donations of new bars of soap in wrapper are also accepted.  Check out S.A.C.K to learn more about them.
