Class Description:
If you stash or spin, then sometimes what you have is all there is. In this class we will cover toe-up, two at a time sock constructions. Eliminate second sock syndrome by casting on both toes and knitting until you run out of yarn. Students will learn Judy’s magic cast-on, Jeny’s surprisingly stretchy bind-off, working two at a time on two circulars or one magic loop, and a clever method for not losing your place when increasing every-other round. Supplies Needed: Students need to bring the following:
- Class Yarn (smooth, non-splitting, light or bright or medium color)
- Needles for working in the round
- two circular needles or one long circular needle for magic loop
- Blunt tapestry needle
- stitch markers (optional but helpful)
