Teacher Name:  Bev Beatty

Class Length: 3 hours

Class Day/Time:  Friday, 9:00AM to Noon

Class Description:

Slow stitching is an embroidery technique that uses scraps of fabric, lace, and other embellishments to make patches, pins, or framed artwork. The fabric pieces are sewn together free style with no printed patterns on the base material. This allows for creative stitching and promotes mindfulness in that the sewing is accomplished at a slower, deliberate pace. Participants will choose their background fabric as well as embellishments for their project.
