Ready for Football Season?
skacel has a great knit along for 2015 Football Season, regardless of what team you support. As long as you are a fan, the 2015 Scoreboard KAL will allow fans to capture their favorite team’s season in the form of a hand knitted SCOREBOARD Cowl! They are also offering a kit giveaway for one lucky winner to get you started in Pittsburgh Steeler’s black and gold colors. The kit from skacel includes:
This will provide enough yarn to complete the entire KAL. The pattern will be released by Michelle Hunter, the KAL SCOREBOARD cowl designer, on September 3, 2015, which is what all participants will follow, get all information from the link above. Stay tuned for the announcement of all of the 2016 headliners for knitting, crochet, sewing, quilting and fiber! We are still accepting class submissions. If you are interested in teaching at the 2016 Festival, the deadline of September 9th is approaching and you can email your submissions to firstname.lastname@example.org. We are accepting class submissions in knit, crochet, sewing, quilting, paper arts and more, so don’t be shy, get creative and your class could be in the line up for 2016!
