Kate Rosenzweig is the founder of Knit PIT Yarn Club, a modern crafting community based in Pittsburgh. With over a decade of knitting experience, she’s known for her welcoming, down-to-earth teaching style and her love of sharing the craft with beginners. Kate started Knit PIT to create the kind of yarn space she wished existed: one that’s social, inclusive, well-designed, and genuinely fun.

Knit PIT hosts free monthly meetups, limited-edition kits, and creative events across the city. The club is open to all skill levels and all crafts, with a focus on building connection through making things by hand.
