Class Description:

Create one of a kind pin cushion from upcycled items.  Do you have neglected items in your stash?  I will give you the tips for cleaning, caring for and reusing vintage linens.  Bring your own clean items or you can purchase from Sheila. We will create one of a kind pin cushions .

Crush walnuts are involved.

Sewing Machines will be provided by PFAFF/Thornton & Co

Supplies Needed:  Students will need to bring:

• variety of clean linens, hankies, doilies and trims
• thread
• hand sewing needles
• pins
• scissors
• seam ripper
• Roxanne Glue Baste or Elmer’s school glue

Materials Fee: (payable to teacher)  $15.00 includes base fabric pre-cut, batting, glue stick and crushed walnut shells
