The world isn’t flat and your projects shouldn’t be either! Pin looms typically use small flat squares to make larger flat squares. If you’re tired of flat squares, this class is for you! This workshop will show participants how to use pin loom squares to embellish their knitting, weaving, or crochet to add a little variety to the surface. We’ll cover: 1) square manipulation to create 3D components (leaves, flowers, scales); 2) decorative embroidery; 3) attachment and seam techniques; 4) creative ways to use the squares; 5) making squares with almost any size/weight yarn; and more.
