Class Description:
Picots and bobbles can add some nice texture and dimension to your knitting. Join us as we learn several different bobble types and how to work a picot cast on and bind off (plus how to customize them!) and a folded picot hem.
Level: BEGINNER
Registration necessary, class size limited to 20
Supplies Needed:
- Worsted weight yarn in a solid, light color, a smooth yarn is preferred (no fuzzy or textured yarn, please.) About 100 yards.
- Waste yarn in a contrasting color.
- Needles in size appropriate to yarn (size US 7 or 8 are typical), straight or circular.
- Double pointed needles in same size as above.
- Crochet hook in similar size.
- Cable needle.
- Tapestry needle and scissors.
