Class Description:
Neurographic art is a technique that promotes mindfulness and is a good activity for de-stressing and clearing your mind. This process also helps create new neural pathways in the brain. No drawing experience is necessary. Basically, we will draw a series of lines or loops on paper with a felt tip pen. Next, we will find any lines that intersect and round the angles formed into curves. Afterwards, the shapes created can be colored in with colored pencil. Instruction will also be given in drawing zendoodle patterns which can be added inside the shapes.

Materials Fee: (payable to teacher) $5.00. Two different sized Sharpies, paper, zendoodle pattern handout, colored pencils
