Class Title:  Tunisian Crochet In-the-Round

Class Day/Time:  Saturday, 9:00 am to 12:00 noon

Class Description:  Learn how to adapt Tunisian Crochet to work in the round.  This method, which requires a double-ended hook, opens up an exciting new world of colorwork patterns and textures, and the ability to create seamless garments and accessories.  Learn how to begin and end seamless working in the round, increasing, incorporating stitch patterns, and neat & invisible finishing techniques. The technique is taught on a coffee-cup-cozy pattern, which is completed in class.

Students should have beginner level knowledge of Tunisian crochet, or have taken Introduction to Tunisian Crochet.

Level:  Beginner and above

Registration necessary, class size limited to 20

Supplies Needed:  Smooth worsted-weight yarn in two colors, size K double-ended crochet hook (hook  may be straight or cabled type)

Locking stitch markers in two colors

Safety-pin type stitch holder

Yarn needle

Materials Fee:  $5.00 (handout and cup cozy pattern) payable to teacher in class

Homework: None

A 3.00 electronic administrative fee will be added for all online registration transactions.
