Entrelac is a knitting technique used to create a textured interwoven pattern. While the end result resembles basket-woven strips of knitted fabric, the actual material comprises interconnected rectangles on two different orientations. This technique is quite stunning when using contrasting colors and the latest colorways. When doing Entrelac with wool yarn for a handbag, washing it afterward for a felted look gives it a very solid and stunning effect.

Students will work Entrelac Knitting in the round to make a Cowl.
